Live interview
  1. Interviewer

A client says our price is too high. What do you do?

  2. Candidate

I'd offer a small discount to keep the deal moving.

  3. Interviewer · Follow-up

Before you discount, what would you want to learn from them?

  4. Candidate

What they're comparing us to. If it's a cheaper tool, I'd show what that tool would cost them in lost time, then talk price.

How it works

From job post to shortlist in three steps.

Recruiters can only interview a handful of applicants properly. Catalyst interviews all of them the same way, and shows you why each one scored what they did.

  1. Create the job

Add the job description, then pick the interview type, length, level and language. Questions come from a reviewed library for the role, or from your own sets.

  2. Invite candidates

Import a CSV. Each candidate gets a personal link under your logo, with no account to create, and reminders go out for you.

  3. Review the shortlist

Candidates interview whenever it suits them before your deadline. You get every answer scored, every CV matched to the job, and one ranked list.

FAQ

Questions hiring teams ask

How we handle candidate data: Privacy Policy and Terms.

Can candidates cheat?

Catalyst is rolling out integrity signals for review. They flag moments worth a second look, such as leaving the interview window, and a person reviews them in context. A signal never rejects a candidate on its own.

Is it fair to every candidate?

Every candidate for a job gets the same structured interview and is scored on the same criteria and weights, in English or Arabic. Each score shows the quote it rests on, so your team can check it. AI assists, your team decides, and nothing rejects a candidate automatically.

What is it like for candidates?

They get a personal link under your logo, with no account to create, and interview whenever it suits them before your deadline. The interviewer talks with them, listens and follows up, like a good first-round call.

Does it really interview in Arabic?

Yes. You choose English or Arabic for each job or invitation, and for Arabic you choose between Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha) and Egyptian Arabic. All of them are scored on the same criteria.

Does it work with our ATS?

Today Catalyst runs as a standalone workflow, with CSV import and export. ATS integrations, SSO and an API are on the roadmap.

What does it cost?

There is no public pricing yet. Book a free demo and we will share a plan sized to your hiring volume.
