How billing works
Plain answers to what teams ask before they subscribe.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Your plan's interviews reset at the start of each billing month.
- Who counts as a seat?
- Every member of your organization, whatever their role, including viewers. Pending invitations hold a seat until they expire.
- What happens when we reach a limit?
- Nothing you already have is touched. New interviews or invitations wait until the next month, an upgrade, or prepaid credits.
- What counts as an interview?
- One your candidate completes, with its report ready. An open invitation reserves an interview until it is completed or expires. No-shows, interviews ended in the first two minutes, dropped connections and anything we could not score never count, and the reservation comes back.
- What if a payment fails?
- Your plan keeps working for 14 days while the card is retried. After that the organization becomes read-only for new interviews. Your data is never deleted because of billing.
- Can I change or cancel?
- Yes, from the Billing page. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- It stays until you delete it. An admin can delete the organization and everything in it from its settings, with 7 days to change their mind.
